Unable to attend the live event? No problem! Following the webinar all registrants will receive a link to a flash file of the webinar content (containing the audio, web images, and handouts) regardless of whether or not they attend the live event. Register today by clicking here.
Participants will gain skills in:
1. Recognizing sources of common learning outcomes for diverse groups of young children.
2. Identifying daily routines and activities where learning opportunities can be embedded.
3. Developing multiple and varied teaching sequences built upon the principles of universal design for learning (UDL) and developmentally appropriate practice (DAP).
4. Selecting and applying appropriate evidence-based instructional practices that can be used for preschool-aged children with diverse abilities as a means of ensuring high quality tier one instruction that will result in improved outcomes.
The webinar is JUST for those working with preschoolers, those who support and train those working with preschool providers, and faculty who train personnel to work with preschoolers. The webinar will be designed in such a way that there will be some interaction during the webinar but really geared for use and reuse by those who purchase.
For example, the webinar can be used to promote an upcoming conference (sort of prime the pump), the webinar recording can be used this summer during an institute, the webinar can be used as a guest lecture during class in the fall, the webinar can be used as part of asynchronous technical support, and/or even use to supplement a book club that is reading.
